What is the Return Policy?
You may return most products purchased. Most items can be returned with 30 days of receiving the item. However we aren't the initial seller and you must contact and/or refer to the main sellers terms for returns individually.
How soon will I receive a refund on a returned item?
Refunds are commonly made to the initial card and may take up to 30 days to credit back. However some resellers sometimes have different policies regarding refunds, like only giving store credit or gift certificates. Please refer to an original sellers refund policy.
Cancel Pickup Request
After the UPS pickup is requested, it's not possible to cancel that request until following the first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will always make up to three pickup attempts. Following the first pickup attempt, it is possible to call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Make sure to have your tracking number handy.
